Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within [2 – 4] business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout, or a confirmation of the shipping fee will be sent to you after you request to place the order, ideally between[** X TO Y**] business days.

In-Store Pickup

After placing your order and selecting Pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within [2 – 4] business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.

Our in-store pickup hours are 8am to 5pm between Monday to Saturday as scheduled. Please have your order confirmation email/WhatsApp message with you when you come.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to the following countries:

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Stylesworth is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email/WhatsApp notification from us which will include an order number you can use to check its status. By heading over to “find my order” at the footer of our site, or if you have created an account you can check your user account, under orders to see the status of your order per time.
